Return & Refund Policy

At Shop Mustard, every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. As many of our products are handcrafted and fragile, we currently accept returns only if the product arrives damaged.

Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition.
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You provide clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the damaged product and its original packaging.

Claims made without sufficient photo or video evidence may not be eligible for approval.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at shopmustard26@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • An unboxing video showing the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

Exchange Policy

Our first priority is to replace the damaged product with a new one, subject to stock availability.

If a replacement is approved, we will guide you through the return process. The damaged product must be returned in its original packaging before the replacement is dispatched.

Refund Policy

If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or other reasons, a refund will be processed.

Please note:

  • Refunds are applicable only for the damaged product(s) and not for the complete order unless the entire order is damaged.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise decided by Shop Mustard.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Slight variations in colour, texture, finish, or size due to photography, screen settings, or the handcrafted nature of our products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
